"Dear Jayne, Thank you for helping me build a steady, stronger foundation, that is helping me stand in many even challenging situations. I keep on making my own choices, and I am taking a better care of my own body. May God bless you in every way you need!"
"I grew up in a broken family. My parents had poor boundaries and passed it onto me and my siblings. When I first started counselling sessions, it was very hard, because I was hidden within myself, and didn’t want to be known by anyone really. The reason was, my own mum rejected me inside of her womb, and that affected my very self. God and my faith, holding onto hope and the word of God has helped me press on and not give up."
"Soul Counselling was a lifeline to me at a time when I most needed it! Like a compass, it has helped me in navigating through the rapids of some of my life’s most challenging experiences; including unresolved childhood trauma and painful adult encounters!"
"I am so grateful to have completed counselling sessions with Soul Counselling. The first day I walked into the offices, I remember feeling utterly broken, by the circumstances I was battling. Throughout my time with Soul Counselling there was an over-arching non-judgemental vibe and my councillor always translated genuine care, professionalism and a consistent drive to get me to where I wanted to be emotionally. I always felt a sincere sense of compassion. Thank you to the whole team for every time you helped me to stand."
